Regina
BIRTH DOULA, POSTPARTUM DOULA
Hi! I’m Regina. I became a full-time nanny in 2002, primarily looking after babies, and transitioned to part-time in 2006 when I entered the fitness and wellness industry.
Completing my two-year-long study in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) in the UK in 2017, I continued on to study Advanced Craniosacral Training specializing in mothers and babies the following year.
Additionally, I have a background in holistic lifestyle coaching, manual therapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Trauma-Informed life coaching and corrective exercise.
Working with moms and babies as a BCST, it became apparent that I could support families even better by being a birth/postpartum doula and lactation educator.
Being able to support and create a safe place — just like during a craniosacral session — will help the mom tremendously during birth and the transitioning into her new role.
I’ll be able to help you manage your physiology during pregnancy, balancing your nervous system, preparing your body so when it’s time to give birth, your body is in the best place possible spiritually, physically and mentally.
With my almost 2 decades of working with babies as a nanny, I enjoy helping new moms in their postpartum period to strengthen mom’s and baby’s special bond and help babies get off to the best start.
Thank you for considering giving me the privilege to support you during this special time in your life!
Testimonials
“I met Regina over Zoom during my second trimester of pregnancy and very soon I knew that she was the doula I wanted to work with. Giving birth to my daughter as my first born has required my most attentive listening to my intuition, and the way Regina connected with me plus the unique quality of her listening left me no doubt that I would be in the best care by choosing to work with her.
Regina has provided invaluable insights and multiple resources throughout my pregnancy journey, deriving from her deep knowledge in numerous areas pertaining to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and childcare.
Regina’s presence and assistance during my labor was literally the cornerstone to bring forth my daughter safely in a most transcending way. Regina assisted me with every decision I made during labor as it progressed, plus she used effective comfort measures like positions and contact when my contractions were at their peak. I sought her advice at key points, and she was present to provide it every single time.
Furthermore, in postpartum she administered Craniosacral Therapy to my daughter and I, which I found revelatory and healing in way I had never experienced before. All things considered, I cannot imagine having gone trough the entrance into motherhood without having Regina by my side.”

“Regina provided full spectrum, holistic support of my journey into motherhood...from birth prep, to labor, to postpartum care. She was highly organized and responsive, providing me with excellent context and answers to my questions (no matter how small!). Regina's labour support in the room was incredible, both for me, my husband and sister. Offering comfort measures during contractions and her calm presence made all the difference. We also did craniosacral therapy and she treated my c-section scar after the delivery, which relieved the numbness and general out of body feelings. She became an integral part of my life, and I hope she continues to be!”

“I had my eyes set on an unmedicated home birth when I found out I was pregnant. I’m glad I chose Regina as my doula. When things got so intense and I thought I couldn’t take it any longer, she was there for me and my partner. She had so many things to offer to get me through those few hours of very intense labor and have my unmedicated birth experience. I can’t thank her enough for her support!”

“I reached out to Regina very late in my pregnancy when I realized that my OB wasn’t going to be as supportive as I thought. Luckily she had availability. I felt immediately reassured by her presence and knowledge. I was able to advocate for myself with Regina’s help enough to cancel a suggested C-section and have the birth I was hoping for. Both me and my husband loved her caring, calm nature and endless ways of supporting me in labor and in postpartum. Thank you Regina!”

“Regina helped me with both of my sons, from the moment I got home from the hospital. First time around I suffered from severe baby blues and she was able to support me and my newborn every step of the way. There is no one I would trust my children with more. Apart from her calm personality and can do attitude, she is super qualified in postpartum support, general health and first aid. I highly recommend her!”

“Regina was recommended by my birth doula for postpartum support when my daughter was only a few weeks old. I instantly felt safe and understood by her. She offered great knowledge on newborn care and postpartum support for myself. My daughter had a hard time sleeping during the day, yet she fell asleep in Regina’s arms immediately. Regina is a baby whisperer!’
