Blessings, my name is Allison Cafarelli and I am a mother of two, avid yogi, and healer.

I’m Queens-based, born and raised. I mentored with the incredible people at Manhattan Birth & feel that I’ve unknowingly trained my whole life to do this work.

I am eager to continue to learn and grow through this doula practice and personal individual practices. I’m excited to connect and support families during what I think is a very sacred time, with humility & gratitude.
